• Children over the age of 12 are charged as adults.

• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Credit card is required as a guarantee. Any bookings for 5 plus nights will be subject to a non refundable deposit charge of 10% of the total booking fee. Credit/Debit cards may be charged at time of booking. We will need to verify the card on check in. No charge will be made for cancellations for durations of less than 5 days if cancelled within the 1 day cancellation policy, the first night will be charged for all cancellations or non arrivals after that time.
