luxury Director suites, and three Director rooms,

All rooms are furnished to a high standard and
include satellite TV, direct dial telephones,
hair driers, iron and ironing board, electronic
room safes, and en-suite facilities.
The newly refurbished Thyme
Restaurant and Bar sports a modern contemporary
feel throughout with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The world cuisine menu has been compiled by head
chef Jean Guy Desaubin, who has put together a number
of popular dishes using only the finest and freshest
produce. The Swordfish marinated in Thyme, Lime
and Ginger, King Prawn Tempura with sweet chilli
sauce and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb are just a few
examples of the tempting options on the extensive
menu.
The restaurant incorporates private dining facilities
providing the perfect setting for a small wedding,
conference, breakfast meeting or a small celebration
for up to 50 people. Menu’s can be discussed
and personalised with our head chef to tailor the
event for your personal tastes.
